Above and beyond this obligation, the establishment project is first and foremost an opportunity for teams to rethink and reinvent the future.<\/p><ul><li>Reposition our medical and nursing ambitions and assert our territorial role.<\/li><li>Rethinking organizations, professional interactions and working on the quality of reception and working life.<\/li><li>Re-examine the plant's impact on society through its various aspects (eco-responsibility, real estate, etc.).<\/li><li>Rethinking the notion of performance, for sustainable performance.<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>In concrete terms, the aim
