L\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9e en \u00ab\u00a0Grande cause nationale\u00a0\u00bb en 2017, et le d\u00e9cret du 13 juillet 2024 a \u00e9tendu l\u2019obligation de transparence aux collectivit\u00e9s. Dans ce contexte, les R\u00e9gions, qui emploient pr\u00e8s de 97 000 agents, doivent se montrer exemplaires.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re les efforts entrepris par les R\u00e9gions pour structurer leurs politiques RH. Ces engagements ne rel\u00e8vent pas seulement d\u2019une conformit\u00e9 aux obligations l\u00e9gales, mais traduisent une volont\u00e9 d\u2019innovation et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue au sein des administrations r\u00e9gionales.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9tude men\u00e9e en partenariat par Eurogroup Consulting et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regions-france.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">R\u00e9gions de France<\/a>\u00a0dresse un panorama complet des politiques mises en place par les R\u00e9gions pour promouvoir l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p><p>Alors que jusqu\u2019ici seules des actions isol\u00e9es \u00e9taient mises en avant, cette analyse recense pour la premi\u00e8re fois l\u2019ensemble des initiatives r\u00e9gionales. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la dynamique collective impuls\u00e9e par R\u00e9gions de France, l\u2019index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle et les donn\u00e9es des Directions des Ressources Humaines, le rapport met en lumi\u00e8re toutes les strat\u00e9gies d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><b>\u00c9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes : des engagements concrets\u00a0<\/b><\/h3><hr size=\"2\" width=\"100%\" \/><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><br \/>Les R\u00e9gions jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la promotion de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle, non seulement en tant qu\u2019acteurs publics mais aussi en tant qu\u2019employeurs.
