carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le parcours dit \u00ab\u202frebond\u202f\u00bb mis en place en partenariat avec l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apec.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\">APEC<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 aux personnes de 45 ans et plus, \u00e9loign\u00e9es de l\u2019emploi, de trouver dans le m\u00e9tier de conseil un nouvel horizon de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il ne requiert aucune condition de dipl\u00f4me, il est cependant demand\u00e9 aux candidats une ma\u00eetrise parfaite de la langue fran\u00e7aise, des outils bureautiques et surtout une forte motivation.<\/p>\n<p>Le parcours \u201crebond\u201d est l\u2019un des trois parcours propos\u00e9s par notre cabinet dans le cadre de son action en faveur de l\u2019emploi des s\u00e9niors.<\/p>\n<p>A ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s, un parcours \u201cfin de carri\u00e8re\u201d s\u2019adresse \u00e0 des sp\u00e9cialistes qui souhaitent continuer d\u2019apporter leur expertise et leur savoir-faire, en toute fin de carri\u00e8re ou une fois atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite. L\u2019une de nos collaboratrices a \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 68 ans\u00a0<em>via<\/em>\u00a0ce dispositif, au mois d\u2019octobre 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Des modalit\u00e9s de recrutement originales<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>La quatri\u00e8me session, qui se d\u00e9roule actuellement (avril 2025), accueille six candidats (quatre femmes et deux hommes) pendant une semaine. L\u2019objectif : accompagner une mission au sein du cabinet, en participant \u00e0 des rendez-vous clients et en travaillant en collaboration avec une \u00e9quipe de consultants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5fc809 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e5fc809\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<center>\n<h3 style=\"color: #ffffff;\">\u00ab Nous devons r\u00e9inventer notre politique d&#8217;emploi pour la rendre plus inclusive et rendre les emplois qualifi\u00e9s accessibles \u00e0 tous. La semaine se cl\u00f4ture par des ateliers collectifs et individuels de restitution. Un temps indispensable qui permet aux candidats, en collaboration avec les op\u00e9rationnels et les ressources humaines, d\u2019aff\u00fbter leur perception du m\u00e9tier, leur compr\u00e9hension du dispositif et de la mission d\u2019immersion, ainsi que leur d\u00e9cision \u00e9ventuelle quant \u00e0 leur engagement dans le m\u00e9tier de consultant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour que l\u2019int\u00e9gration se passe au mieux et favoriser l\u2019interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel, le cabinet a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de mentorat. Chaque consultant recrut\u00e9 dans le cadre de ce dispositif est accompagn\u00e9 par un parrain ou une marraine parmi les jeunes consultants. Au nombre de six (quatre femmes et deux hommes entre 45 et 60 ans), ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s parmi un nombre record de candidatures (22) de qualit\u00e9, preuve de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et de la pertinence d\u2019un tel dispositif.<\/p>\n<p>Leurs parcours, tr\u00e8s divers, est dans l\u2019\u00e8re du temps avec certains d\u2019entre eux ayant pass\u00e9 toute leur carri\u00e8re au sein de la m\u00eame entreprise tandis que d\u2019autres ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 un ou plusieurs \u00ab rebonds \u00bb et amorceraient \u00e0 nos c\u00f4t\u00e9s une troisi\u00e8me, voire une quatri\u00e8me nouvelle carri\u00e8re !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une s\u00e9lection la plus ouverte possible<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le CV n\u2019entre aucunement en compte dans la s\u00e9lection des participants \u00e0 la semaine d\u2019immersion.
