Consultant trainee

We offer six-month end-of-study internships.

Consultant sénior Supervising sénior

If you have between 3 and 6 years' experience, there are two grades to suit you.

Junior Consultant

Whether you're a recent graduate or have some initial experience, we're looking for junior consultants with a wide range of profiles.

Manager/Director

If you have over 6 years' experience, there are two grades for you. We recruit managers and directors.

Steps in our recruitment process

We pay particular attention to your background and personality. We also want you to have time to talk to our experienced managers. We're not a one-way street. Below is the standard process, which may give rise to additional interviews for Manager/Director profiles:
With either an Associate, DA or Principal (45 min)
  • Motivation for consulting
  • Project maturity
  • Introducing Eurogroup Consulting and its corporate culture
  • Senior/Sup: consulting or other experience to build on
With a Director or Manager (1h30)
  • Answers to questions (following 1st interview and written production)
  • Ability to integrate seamlessly into all our systems
  • Ability to be operational at short notice
