Against a backdrop of growth and economic development, our customer, a major public-sector group, has set up two talent pools to meet its public-interest missions: 

  • The Perspective Groupe Vivier is designed to support high-potential employees in their rapid development towards higher responsibilities,
  • The Vivier Ressources Dirigeantes (Executive Resources Pool) is designed to prepare employees to take up a management or COMEX position in the short term.

Mission objective: To support the HR department and its teams in the personal and professional development of talented individuals who will be able to support the company's growth in the future, by progressing to positions of greater responsibility.

A tailor-made system of individual and group assessments - built to reflect the Group's culture, businesses and values - combined with long-term follow-up in the form of short coaching sessions, focusing on areas for improvement.
