On May 5, 2025, Claudia Montero, President of Eurogroup Consulting, alongside General François-Xavier Poisbeau, signed the renewal of the partnership agreement between Eurogroup Consulting and the French National Guard. Through this action, our consulting firm is making a five-year commitment to reservists, turning our reservist employees into ambassadors for defense and security within the company and civil society.

Responding to an ambition to strengthen the link between the army and the nation
Against a backdrop of rising geopolitical tensions and geostrategic changes, Eurogroup Consulting has reaffirmed its commitment to the National Guard, contributing in its own way to the growing power of homeland security and defense reserves.
By 2024, the operational reserve already numbered over 40,000 active reservists. This living force is divided between the various armies and services: the French Army, Navy, Air Force and Space Force, Gendarmerie Nationale, Police Nationale and Service de Commissariat des Armées.
While over 12,000 citizens have applied to join the Internal Security and Defense Reserve since January 2025, increasing the number of members remains a priority.
The army-nation link, a cornerstone of Eurogroup Consulting's commitment
Convinced of the importance of the army-nation link, for several years now, our teams have been making their own contribution to the company's success. :
- By carrying out numerous consulting missions: our experts bring their know-how to the defense sector to optimize their strategies, organizations and operations, and thus contribute directly to the effectiveness of national defense.
- By contributing to the emergence of a shared defense culture, through our sponsorship of the MARS des alumni and friends of the École de guerre. Since 2024, this new commitment has encouraged strategic thinking, experience sharing and mutual understanding between the civilian and military spheres.
- By promoting the involvement of its employees in the operational reserve, through the signature of the second partnership agreement with the National Guard.
A wide range of employee involvement opportunities
The French National Guard offers a wide range of employment opportunities within its various components: the French Army, Navy, Air Force and Space Force, the Army Health Service and the Army Commissariat Service. This diversity enables each employee to find a mission that matches his or her skills and aspirations.
Reconciling professional life and military commitment
The new partnership agreement proposes specific and ambitious measures to support reservist employees, with an increase in the number of days dedicated to the reserve. In addition, Eurogroup Consulting is revitalizing the partnership by creating a dynamic community of reservists, coupled with events throughout the year.
A virtuous dynamic for the benefit of all
Reservists bring a different vision to the company, and a culture of commitment that enriches strategic and forward-looking thinking on a daily basis.
Our reservists come from a wide range of fields of expertise (engineering, commerce, political science, management, communications, legal, accounting, etc.), and bring their specialized civilian skills to enrich and complement the capabilities of the armed forces in specific areas. Their integration enables the armed forces to better grasp the realities and challenges of the civilian sector, and to collaborate more effectively.
